Older Americans overwhelmingly want to stay in their homes as they age but sometimes this goal can seem like a challenge. Meet this challenge head on by learning about common legal issues faced by older and disabled adults and learn strategies to help you be prepared. New Hampshire Legal Assistance attorney Judith Jones will discuss information from the pamphlets “7 Ways to Help You Stay in Your Home” and “Returning Home after a Hospital or Rehabilitation Stay” including how to prepare for a medical emergency, understanding and maximizing Medicare and accessing home care benefits.
